1. About these terms

This website, paradisecraft.com.my, is operated by Paradise Craft. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. As many items are handmade from natural materials, and screens display colours differently, the actual product may vary slightly from the photos. Product images are for illustration only.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Shipping fees are shown separately at checkout.

• We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

• Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

4. Orders

• After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order. It does not yet mean the order has been accepted.

• Your order is accepted when we dispatch it to you.

• We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. Any payment made will be refunded in full.

5. Stock availability

Handmade products are often made in small batches. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Delivery is handled according to our Shipping Policy. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, please keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

8. Promotions and vouchers

Promotions, discount codes and vouchers are subject to their own terms. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or used on past orders.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including photos, text, graphics, logos and the “GIFT Love • Memorable Memories” tagline, belongs to Paradise Craft or its licensors. It may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

10. Use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation or using it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Paradise Craft is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
