How it works

1. Send an enquiry: share the products you are interested in, quantity, budget per unit, event date, delivery location and any customisation needs.

2. Receive a quotation: we will reply with a quotation within 2 working days.

3. Approve samples: we will share a sample or mock-up for your approval.

4. Confirm your order: confirm with a 50% deposit.

5. Production and quality check: every piece is checked before packing.

6. Delivery: the balance is paid before dispatch and your order is delivered.

Order terms

• Minimum order: from 30 units per design. Some items may have a different minimum.

• Lead time: 2–4 weeks after artwork and deposit are confirmed. For festive seasons such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year and year-end, please book 6–8 weeks in advance.

• Quotation validity: 14 days from the date of issue.

• Payment: 50% deposit to confirm, with the balance paid before delivery. An official invoice and receipt will be provided.

• Delivery charges: quoted separately based on quantity and location.

• Customised orders: cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started.

• Handmade variations: natural differences in colour, pattern and size are part of handcrafted products.
